Communion

Communion Purifies the Inner Life

Communion with God acts as a cleansing force within the soul. It illuminates and dissolves lower tendencies such as selfishness, pride, impatience, and fear. It is not an external purification but an inner purification of motive, thought, and desire.

The individual begins to recognize the hidden motivations of their actions—where they have sought recognition, where they have acted out of insecurity, where fear has dictated their choices.

A desire for greater spiritual purity emerges, not out of guilt or fear, but from a growing love for truth and righteousness.

Attachments to worldly concerns lessen—status, wealth, or external validation lose their hold as the soul becomes more anchored in divine realities.

This process is not instantaneous; it unfolds over time as the individual deepens their communion with God. The closer one draws to the Father, the more they desire to live in harmony with divine will.
